1x rib eye steak
1/2 cup red cabbage sliced into slaw
1 tablespoon red onion – chopped
1x packet Crumbed Camembert Posh Poppas
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
Cook the rib eye steak in a hot pan and once it’s sat for a few minutes, slice into 1cm slicesIn a bowl add the sliced red cabbage, grated cheese and chopped red onion. Mix the mayo through the red cabbage slaw. Cook the Poppas in an Air Fryer for 9 minutes then cut them in half. Serve the slaw, top with the steak then add the side of Poppas. Be sure to serve with the cranberry sauce included in the Poppas packet.
