1 pack of soft shell tacos
1/2 cup coleslaw mix with cabbage and cut lettuce
1 packet of Jalapeño Posh Poppas
1 tablespoon mayo
1 sliced avocado
Gently warm the soft shell tacos in a pan or in the oven then arrange them on a board/plate.
Place 1/4 cup of slaw into each taco in a line down the middle of the taco. Cook the Poppas in an Air Fryer for 9 minutes then cut them in half.
Add the avocado and poppas on top of the line of coleslaw and drizzle over mayonnaise. Sprinkle over pepper and salt and a drizzle of lemon juice.
