Green Salad +
KumAra Posh
Poppas

Ingredients
2x baby cos lettuces
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1x packet Kumara Posh Poppas
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 sliced avocado
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup toasted nuts and seeds (we used slivered
almonds and chopped walnuts
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


Method
Line a bowl with washed baby cos lettuce leaves and
add the cabbage, carrot, cucumber, spinach and
avocado, Cook the Poppas in an Air Fryer for 9
minutes then cut them in half. In a separate bowl mix
the oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice into a
vinaigrette. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette then
add the poppas and toasted seed mix.
