Ingredients
2 cups macaroni pasta
50 grams butter
1/2 onion (diced)
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups tasty grated cheese
1 tsp paprika
Posh Poppas – Beef Brisket (air fried or deep fried)
1 tsp chopped parsley
Method
Cook the macaroni elbows according to the packet instructions. Cook the diced onion in a pan until the onion turns translucent – place aside. To make the white sauce, place a pot over medium heat and melt the butter. Once the butter has melted, stir in the flour and stir until a smooth paste forms. Slowly add the milk, continuously stirring until he mixture thickens and goes frothy. Mix in the mustard, salt, cheese and onion. Stir in the cooked macaroni and top with paprika and the cooked and halved Beef Brisket Posh Poppas.
Serve with slaw and parsley
