Mushroom & Parmesan Poppa Buddha bowl

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup edamame beans (shelled)
1/2 packet Mushroom and Parmesan Posh Poppas
1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup red cabbage (in a slaw style)
1/4 cup green lettuce leaves
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 avocado – sliced
Japanese mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
Cook the brown rice and place it in the bottom of a bowl. Cook the Poppas in an Air Fryer for 9 minutes then cut them in half. Arrange all ingredients in clusters on top of the rice. Pour the soy sauce over the ingredients, drizzle the mayo then sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
